Panel of Judges, Prosecutors, Witnesses, Representatives

Panel of Judges –  who will conduct hearings on cases vs the World Bank and IMF — their responsibility for harms against people, communities, economies and environment through their policies and operations. Aside from hearing testimonies, the Judges may also invite submissions of charges and corresponding evidence (documents and videos).  The Judges will render decisions (verdicts) regarding the charges and corresponding actions that the World Bank and IMF should take in light of the verdicts.

Panel of Prosecutors – who will present the charges, witnesses and submitted evidences.

Witnesses –  who will give testimonies.

Representatives of the IMF and World Bank – who will present the responses and counter evidences in behalf of the accused. But in the absence of their representatives, the Judges may appoint an Amicus Curiae (friend of the court) who can offer independent information and insights to assist the Judges.
